**Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various social media platforms when required.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive online environment by moderating discussions, addressing inquiries, and resolving conflicts. Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our community members when required.
- Analyze community insights and feedback to optimize strategies and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.

**Requirements:
Proven experience 2 years as a Community Manager or similar role in marketing/sales/online customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences in a positive and authentic manner. Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm with the wider team a social media campaign and when relevant, propose community campaigns.

**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in [Marketing/Sales] or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of driving community growth, increasing engagement metrics, and managing online communities with a positive impact. Familiarity with Social Sprout, Hootsuite or Sprinklr is a plus.
- Outstanding English and Arabic writing skills.
