We are seeking an **Arab Native (Female/ Male)** highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as the Secretary to the Chairman. As the Secretary to the Chairman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chairman in managing their daily activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Chairman's office. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

**NOTE: Arab Native Preferred. With Previous Secretary experience only.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents, including reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure that commitments made during meetings are fulfilled.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and other external parties.
- **Event Management**: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and special occasions involving the Chairman.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements for the Chairman and handle all logístical details to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.
- **Information Management**: Keep abreast of industry trends, company updates, and relevant news to provide the Chairman with relevant information and updates.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or secretary, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Preference to Arabic speaking.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary**: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
