Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding wood-based panels manufacturer, is seeking a talented Finance Director to join their team. As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the company's financial strategy and ensuring sound fiscal management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgets, optimizing financial processes, providing strategic insights to drive business growth, ensuring audited consolidated financial statements are produced on time for the group, and supporting business development into new markets.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (French and Spanish proficiency is a strong plus)
- Strong background in accounting, with a proven track record of financial leadership
- Ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication, excellent skills and passion to negotiate, interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in international markets and familiarity with BRICS countries and emerging markets is advantageous
- Responsible for income revenue, cost budgeting
- Financial controlling of the contracts’ execution
