Front Desk/ Office Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors as they approach the front desk.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of all contractual documents and client agreements.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual terms and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Take up other duties as assigned.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts and client agreements to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field. Legal qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in contract management, preparation, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, contract law, and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
