Sales & Admin Executive

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Good Command Over English &Hindi
- Contact customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer queries about products of the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close the sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Manage and organize records and files
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telelphone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical dut**ies.**
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
