**Admin / Procurement Executive - Telecoms**
**Job Summary**
As an Admin cum Procurement executive you will be responsible for maintaining the accurate records of company documentation, General Administration of Project /Site Office, Liaising & negotiating between clients/vendors for procurement related activities & in charge of all sorts of communication modes. You should be familiar with ERP for data entry, sorting electronic or hard copies of project documentation and producing reports based on this.
The job role involves the following duties:
- Office Administration, Time Management, Act as HR Focal point etc
- Procurement, Sourcing Suppliers, Negotiating for better rates etc
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
Should be in the Age Group of 25 to 38 Yrs & Have experience in Procurement, Office administration, document controller activities etc.
Able to communicate in English/Hindi
Degree Holder, Should be experienced in ERP Administration.
**Salary Details**
Gross salary will be in the range of Qrs.5,500/- along with Medical, Insurance, Leave Salary, Gratuity, Leave Air tickets etc.
**Salary**: Up to QAR5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
