**Job Purpose**
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Arts with minimum experience of 2 years
- Knowledge on Facilities Management Process
- Knowledge on Municipality Laws regarding Office Administration, Fire and Safety
- Good Negotiation Skills on Pricing and Vendor Selection
- Good Knowledge on MS Excel with advance formulas and building data models
- Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication

**Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge**
- Supervising all the facilities team and maintenance of all the office premises with Quality Health and safety measures.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team for office maintenance and ensure the maintenance is completed on time and raise escalations in case it is not addressed on time.
- Assist the admin team in managing relationships with various clients, vendors, and partners through the initiation of correspondence, proposing meetings, and carrying out follow-ups and receiving quotes
- Timely dispatch of official documents from HR to other departments and vice versa. (E.g., QID, NOCs etc.)
- Acting reliever for the reception desk whenever required to smoothly manage the business operations.

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
