- Covering all customers throughout the geographical area in which it operates.
- Take over Collection of the institution's dues and follow-up of debts with customers without delay.
- Researches the individual or business buying needs of a customer It gives him suggestions and recommendations.
- Cares about with customer problems and helps in solved and Transferring complaints and suggestions to the management of the institution.
- Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and making periodic improvements to them.
- Gets On purchase orders from customers and sends it to the concerned department.
- Maintains minimum monthly or bi-monthly goals.
- Completes market research and monitors competitor activity.
- Maintains customer contact documents and account updates.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered.
**Job requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and business management or something like that.
- 5 years practical experience 2 years experience in the field of e-commerce and marketing.
Fluency in Arabic and English typing
Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to write reports and correspondences in English
