**Your day to day**
We have an exciting opportunity for you as Chef de Partie to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Kimpton Al Rowda Doda. As a Demi Chef the Partie/Chef de Partie you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: - Prepare all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to the hotel’s recipes and standards. - Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions. - Arrange and decorate dishes with taste and refinement - Organize and coordinate the preparations and ensure that the recipes are respected. - Organize and control the work of Commis in your section. - Participate in work meetings with your colleagues and chefs. - Control the stock of your sections and transmit your orders to your superior. - Make suggestions for new preparations, dishes or presentations.
