TQM Responsible for manages the implementation, administration and measurement of total quality management programs, including Six Sigma initiatives. Leads teams to provide training, tools, and logístical assistance for quality initiatives. ensures that all products within a company meet consistent standards. Perform regular improvements for customer satisfaction, process quality, and organizational performance. Handle technical inquiries and consultation requests on quality measures and related best practices. Adapt quickly to complex culture and develop successful professional relations with clients

**Responsibilities**:
1- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

2- Improve and maintain compliance with QMS standards by conducting regular training sessions within the organization

3- Oversee all processes development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

4- Analyze and implement new testing tools, measurement systems, processes and techniques to maintain the quality standards of the organization.

5- Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to maintain the organization’s SOP and organization guidelines.

6- Work with the Senior Management Team in identifying process improvement opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR18,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
