Job Overview:

- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in all faces of Quality Management (Business Planning, Vision & Strategy, Quality Improvement Initiatives, Performance Quality and continuous improvement).Demonstrate knowledge & experience in the Quality techniques for improvement that addresses prevention, problem solving ,rool cause analysis (RCA), quality training ,performance metrics, objectives & targets, goal setting. Daily operations & management of Quality function within the "facility“ for providing service to projects.Liaise with General Manager Fabrication, Manager Assurance, Principal Qua/ity Ops Specialists, Project Directors and Manager, All Discipline Leads within QA/QC, Customers and Codifying Authority and supervise Project Quality Manager, NDE Manager and Functional QAQC Leads. _

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- _Responsible for the overall Project Quality and Welding in the organization for onshore, offshoreand Marine. _
- _Establish Quality programs as an instrument of continual Improvement for all disciplines across fabrication Yard and identify goals, objectives & targets that improves Organizational performance and effectiveness _
- _Emphasis & Drive Performance Quality to ensure efficiency & effectiveness within the process to deliver ‘First Time Quality’. _
- _Develop and Implement effectiveproblem solving techniquesthat prevents recurrenceof defects. _
- _Execute the process of statistical process control (SPC) to determinetrends for KPIs, QI, Cost of Quality,etc. for each functional process within the company. _
- _Provide technical support formaterials ,welding, bids andprojects. Resolve any Technical issues that arise on project by determining fitnessfor purpose justification. _
- _Promote quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conduct. _
- _Ensuring that the training needs of qualitydepartment personnel are identified and actioned upon within budgetarycontrols placed on function. _
- _Attend weekly operations meetings and provide inputs to relevant topics and update Quality stats lo the Project and Functional Management representatives. _
- _Provide input lo bids for future works and assess manpower and resource requirements for Project work scope utilizing local personnel and vendors as much as possible and review cost calculations for QA-QC-NDT needs for Projects. _
- _Manage WeldingEngineering, Inspection, NDT and Certification functions for Fabrication and Marine. _
- _Promote closer interfaces and awareness of Project Quality Plans and Procedures with the respective functional Quality personnel in liaison with Project QualityTeams _
- _Oversee the KPI, QI and Performance Qualityprocess, trend analysison a global level and initiate ground level documentation and understanding for benchmarking and lessons learned within Ihe operating units. Analyze trends of all measurement data to assist in settingtargets, future planning and in establishing action plans for improvement and effective _fo//ow _up to verify compliance. _
- _Plan and support all QC and NDT field activitiesincluding Major Work Barges, Hook-Up Support Vessel,Vendors/ Suppliers and regionalcoating yards. _

E **ssential Qualifications and Education**:

- Bachelor's in engineering
- _Mechanical or Structural or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent. _
- Total 20 yrs. experience with 10+ yrs. QualityAssurance experience.

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- _Master's in Business or Quality Management. _
- _Lead AssessorQualification _
