**Job Overview**:
The Photographs and Video Reporting Coordinator is accountable to provide.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
The Photographs and Video Reporting Coordinator main responsibilities are:

- To liaise with the Timelapse subcontractors and recover their photographs and edited videos
- To liaise with Project Marine Group and recover videos and photographs taken by the Marine Crew offshore
- To liaise with Project Fabrication Groups and recover videos and photographs taken by Fabrication Groups at each Fabrication Yard
- To produce monthly on the basis of recovered pictures: 1 A1 format Global Project Dashboard + 1 A1 Dash Board at QFAB Fabrication Yard + 1 A1 Batam Fabrication Dashboard (the dashboard will be made of pictures of all areas representing weekly progress)
- To edit all videos received and produce monthly a Project Videos
- To share edited videos to with Qatargas
- To ensure that the Photographs dashboard are printed and displayed at each worksite
- To follow the quality of the works done by the Timelapse subcontractors
- To maintain the electronic files received

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- General Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Photographs editing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical Skills
- Able to use Photographs and Video Software
