A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality environment is required for this position. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing calendars, setting up meetings, and tracking daily expenses. They will also be skilled in preparing reports, taking minutes during meetings, and responding to guest inquiries on behalf of the General Manager.
