Job Description

Mackenzie Jones is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their Doha office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience supporting senior management and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced administrative and private secretarial services, including correspondence, documentation, and time management. They will also schedule appointments, coordinate travel, and implement filing systems.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have strong prioritization skills, be able to multi-task, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive correspondence and documentation services for senior executives
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence, type memos, reports, and minutes of meetings
  • Assist executives in preparing presentation graphs and statistics
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate travel, and arrange venues for meetings
  • Design and implement effective filing and record management systems
  • Screen incoming mail and telephone calls, draft responses, and redirect correspondence as necessary
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience supporting senior management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to time pressures
  • Strong prioritization and interpersonal skills
