**Guest Experience Agent (Arabic Speaking)**

We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a luxurious 5-star resort in Qatar this December and are in search of a dedicated Guest Experience Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. If you have a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a commitment to ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Guest Engagement**: Greet guests warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and provide personalized assistance to enhance their stay.
- ** Arabic Language Proficiency**: Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist guests effectively and provide them with valuable information and recommendations.
- ** Reservations and Check-In**: Assist with guest check-ins, reservations, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.
- ** Concierge Services**: Offer expert advice and assistance with dining, entertainment, and local attractions, catering to guests' preferences.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- ** Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with all resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- ** Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative duties, including managing guest accounts, billing, and room assignments accurately.
- ** Guest Feedback**: Collect and analyze guest feedback to continually improve services and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- ** Arabic Fluency**: Ideally be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- ** Customer-Centric**: A passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- ** Previous Experience**: Experience in guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ** Availability**: Must be available for an online interview this week and able to start before November 20th, 2023.
- ** Location**: Located outside of Qatar due to visa restrictions and timelines.
