We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a Dance, Music and Arts training and Events Facility.

The Customer Experience Specialist (CX Specialist) develops and implements sales strategy, new

business/membership/client development, retention of clients/members, negotiation of contracts, and identification of

entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyse client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Bring in corporate clients and maintain the relation
- Target will be fixed and should be met.
- Coordinate the Events.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences and expectations for each event.
- Continuously analyze and improve client experience processes and procedures

**Time : 1 PM -9 PM**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field with five or more years of outside technology sales experience(customer facing preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Knows how to multi-task, flexible and can work with minimum supervisions
- Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
- With people-oriented skills and a team-player.
- Should possess impressive personality.

**Benefits**

Salary range: Qrs. 3500 - 4000 + Incentives (plus housing + transport)
