We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related courses
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Must have knowledge in registration process
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Locally available in Qatar
- Willing to work for a short term project (3 months extendable)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
