3. **Team Management and Development**:

4. **Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control**:

- Work with the customer service team to address customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining client relationships.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold FPS Group’s reputation for reliable, efficient logistics solutions.
- Develop feedback systems to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for service enhancement.

5. **Logistics Coordination and Problem Solving**:

- Coordinate with local and international suppliers, freight partners, and clients to ensure efficient shipping and receiving.
- Oversee the management of inventory, warehousing, and transportation schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Proactively identify and resolve logístical and operational challenges as they arise.

6. **Strategic Planning and Reporting**:

- Assist senior management in setting long-term goals for the operations department.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on operational efficiency, sales performance, and budget adherence.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure FPS Qatar remains competitive and compliant.
## **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
