**Job Purpose**

The Sales & Leasing Manager is responsible to ensure that Mirage International Property Consultants remains one of the leading Real Estate Companies within Doha. Sales & Leasing Manager’s main aim is to drive business revenue growth through the identification and implementation of new business opportunities and superior customer retention strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- In conjunction with the General Manager set and manage sales targets and commission structure.
- Manage the team and ensure that sales targets are met in accordance with business goals.
- Ensure all property sales fees and ancillary charges are billed and collected in timely fashion.
- Supervise a team of sales & leasing consultants to always ensure maximum occupancy of rental units and high renewal rate.
- Organize meetings during which challenges are discussed to identify solutions necessary for achieving set occupancy targets.
- Monitor leads data and maintain a strong closing ratio.
- Set and achieve sales goals each quarter and motivate the sales & leasing agents to follow all leads.
- Conduct surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing sales and lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy and rent.
- Supervise campaign activities for the publicity of available properties and vacant spaces.
- Develop and implement policies necessary for improving profitability and efficiency of the leasing department.
- Meet with landlords to boost leasing & sales relations.
- Prepare and submit a bi-monthly report on general business progress and developments to the GM/Executives.
- Ensure all implemented software is utilized to manage the flow of transactions from lead capture to conclusion.
- Ensure property sales and leasing services are advertised to all relevant clients using multiple channels including social media, websites, print media and outdoor signage.
- Ensure property portfolio and availability is up to date on company website.

.Develop new business and generate new revenue streams.
- Provide in-house training sessions for consultants to improve sales techniques.
- Ensure sales and leasing consultants maximize the use of the Property Management Database.
- Promote and encourage use of one shared diary login (Property Base), ensuring smooth workflow and consultant availability and accessibility.
- Ensure that all Human Resources Policies and Procedures are being adhered to and practiced at the workplace.
- Conduct bi-annual staff appraisals and performance review and report feedback to GM and Group HR department.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Management or Real Estate Consultancy Management: 10 years (required)
- Sales& Leasing in GCC: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Knowledge in Leasing Management (required)
