**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1) Experience in all technical aspects on BRM product implementation and customization with specific focus on Price plan, Pipeline rating, Discounting and various framework.
- 2) OPCODE customization and customization of various facility modules.
- 3) Well versed in writing Multi-Threaded Applications (MTA).
- 4) Development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a complex project module.
- 5) Experience in Migration (upgrade) within different BRM versions.
- 6) Well versed in using BRM tools like Pricing Centre; Customer Centre; Payment Tool; Collection Configuration Centre.
- 8) Good understanding of GIT as a Repository management and JENKINS as an automated deployment tools.
- 9) GIT Repository management code/configuration/document i.e. repository management using GIT.

10) JENKINS Creating automated deployment files as per the defined standard formats.
- 11) Experience in C/C++/Java/ Pro*C; PERL; SHELL; Oracle Database; SQL; PL/SQL
- 12) Adopt to new or changed conditions in day-to-day work.
- 13) Eagerness to work and learn in challenging situations and willingness to change status quo.
- 14) Building domain knowledge and technical skills to reach levels of expertise.
- 15) Be ready to work on holidays or weekends, occasionally if need arises.
- 16) Good communication skills to participate in discussions with business and solution architects, express in an articulate way.

17) Should be ready to work at Onsite or Offshore as need arises.

Your responsibilities include:

- 1) Advises on and executes administrative activities against the operations plans, to enable the achievement of the Technology strategy.
- 2) Supports the team to deliver appropriate actions to keep the system/service in good working order, preventing incidents from arising and restoring system/service to normal operation in line with objectives and KPIs.
- 5) Executes the tasks and activities in line with the plan to ensure the effectiveness of the area.
- 6) Supports the end-to-end projects that improve customer and employee satisfaction.
- 7) Supports the team in automation and digitization, capacity planning, analysing, reporting, and investigating service performance metrics.
- 8) Maintains relations with internal and external partners.
- 9) Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support the team priorities, resolve incidents and interface with 1st line teams and with suppliers on incident resolution.

10) Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
