**Job Summary**:

- **We are looking for bi-lingual medical professionals to join 24/7 customer support call center. You will be the first point of contact and act as the face of the company for any customer questions, clarifications or concerns. You will be working with a young and energetic team of agents processing inbound and outbound interactions in the 24 hour operations.**_

**Principle Accountability**:

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (inbound and outbound) to assist, resolve or speed up any client issues or concerns  
- Receive, review and register customer claims, reports, documents  
- Receive, respond to, review and escalate any customer complaints  
- Follow company rules, regulations and policies

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**:
1. Medical Degree (Paramedics, Nurse or Pharmacists)

2. Minimum qualification required is Bachelors

3. Customer service or call center exp of min 2 years

**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in Arabic and English

2. Good communication, Listening & inter-personal skills

3. Able to work in shifts (24/7).

4. Good typing skills, multi tasker and team player

5. Knowledge of medical insurance is an advantage
