**Responsibilities**

Answering customer calls and addressing their queries or concerns.

Providing information about products or services offered by the company.

Assisting customers with placing orders, making reservations, or processing payments.

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication (Arabic + English) skills to effectively interact with customers.

Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

Patience and empathy to deal with frustrated or upset customers.

Problem-solving abilities to find appropriate solutions for customer issues.

Time management skills to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with computer systems and call center software for data entry and tracking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
