Prepare and cook food based on the cooking instructions by the superior/chef.
- Assist the chef in the plating and arrangement of food.
- Ensure that mese-en-place in the kitchen is performed properly and timely.
- Attend required meetings and daily briefings with your team members ensuring efficient communication, to run the Kitchen section smoothly.
- Achieve the highest degree in applied hygiene and food safety as per the HACCP guidelines to ensure that the food served to the Guest is of highest quality and standard.Prepare mese-en-place according to the standard size and cutting to facilitate faster cooking preparation.
- Work closely and cooperate with all other key departments in the restaurant to ensure a smooth operation.
