Must speak Arabic and English Fluently

Salary Range: QAR 4000 to 6000 per month/

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provided comprehensive IT customer support, resolving technical issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conducted data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making processes.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, define scope, and allocate resources effectively.

Developed and maintained documentation for IT support procedures, data analysis methodologies, and project plans.

Designed, implemented, and maintained robust IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and network systems.

Leveraged data analysis techniques to extract insights and drive informed decision
- making processes.

Provided technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and data analysis tools, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to assess IT and data analysis requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
