**The role?**

This role is to provide administrative support to General Operations, Finance, and Service/Business Lines.

**Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas;**
- Support renewal and management of legal registrations and renewals (CR, Trade Licenses, ICV, etc.)
- Support vendor registrations and account management
- Support Management of business utilities accounts - Electricity, Internet and phone, Waste Management, Cleaning Services, Maintenance contractors etc.
- Support vehicle management;
- Manage PRO administration in support of PROs.
- Generation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Arrangement of staff travel and transport needs.
- Support procurement activities
- Assist in all administrative tasks.
- Ensure full compliance with the requirements of all relevant HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
- Support generation of offshore & RLIC passes and provide cover for the Local Logistics coordinator when he’s on leave.
- Assisting Sales/Operations in ensuring Client PO’s are issued and in place in a timely manner by informing Sales/Operations on their status
- Support training needs of business staff
- Assist in issuing invoices.
- Conduct activities deemed suitably qualified and experienced to complete in accordance with business needs.

**Recognized Qualifications and Experience;**

**Preferred**
- Degree Qualified.

**Essential**
- 5+ Years experiences conducting similar duties in Qatar
- Very Strong organizational skills
- Administration skills, typing skills and Word/Excel PowerPoint experience
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated flexible, and have a professional manner.

**Preferred**
- Proven work experience of an administrative position with similar responsibilities.
