Retail marketing provides support in creation of collateral, including; proofreading, power point slide creation, writing ad copy, creative storytelling, etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

- Works with other Retail functions (Sales, MD, VM) to ensure key stores have special retail marketing support
- Coordinates in-store single copy promotions and the related marketing elements (in-paper
- Makes recommendations on best practices within chain
- Keeps point of purchase materials up to date and ensures that the newspapers are properly positioned in retail outlets
- Visits retail locations and speaks with the manager about service concerns, sales programs, newspaper shrink, incentive programs and all placement opportunities
- Gathers information and takes photos of newspaper rack locations to share with Retail Sales Manager and distribution team to further increase sales opportunities
- Serve as primary marketing liaison between US marketing and adidas Golf & Ashworth and sales team/accounts for field sales channel, facilitating opportunity recognition, solution implementation, communication processes and problem solving as needed
- Budget implementation and control (MWB)
- Leads the development of retail marketing initiatives aligned with SOREL’s marketing communications to promote maximum sell-in and sell-through
- Works closely with sales management, internal colleagues, and agencies to create and evaluate in-store marketing programs

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of account management and marketing management or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven experience in developing sales and marketing strategies, and making sales presentations
- Previous management experience, preferably remote management
- Ability to craft value-added solutions based on knowledge of client situation and objectives, industry trends and Ticketmaster capabilities
- Must manage the expectations of the client and balance the commercial interests of Ticketmaster and client
