**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and prepare traditional Arabic and Lebanese dishes, integrating Mediterranean and modern culinary techniques.

Innovate and create fusion dishes, ensuring they meet both nutritional guidelines and customer taste preferences.

Lead and supervise a kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, costing, and budgeting, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with the nutrition team to ensure meals meet specific dietary requirements, including low-carb and high-fiber options.

Conduct regular tastings and quality checks to maintain consistent food standards.

Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

Utilize Microsoft Office to manage kitchen operations, track inventory, and create cost analyses.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Arabic Chef with expertise in Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine.

In-depth knowledge of food science and nutrition, particularly for therapeutic meal plans.

Leadership skills with experience in managing and training kitchen staff.

Strong understanding of food costing and budget management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other kitchen management software.

Creativity and passion for fusing cuisines and creating innovative dishes.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

**Qualifications**:
Culinary degree or relevant professional certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,500.00 per month
