Reception’s day-to-day operations & ensure the cleanliness of the entire office.**
- ** Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.**
- ** Update appointment calendars for the meeting rooms on the 27th & 28th floor.**
- ** Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment**
- ** Support in allocating and managing space between floors**
- ** Support in ensuring that office facilities including the pantry and other related premises meet government regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards**
- ** Administer and process petty cash transactions for all purchases related to the pantry.**
- ** Support on GRC - Follow up with the PRO status of residency transfer, renewal, and cancelation and update the PRO work updates sheet (tracking sheet) weekly**
- ** Ad Hoc - P.O requests, business card requests, Talabat credit**
**Qualifications**
- **
Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience as a receptionist**
- ** University Degree, preferably with a Hospitality Management focus**
- ** Excellent time management skills**
- ** Customer service skills**
- ** Ability to maintain an organized & tidy office & reception area**
- ** Ability to maintain confidentiality**
- ** Ability to work within a team & work independently whenever required**
- ** Advanced MS Office & G-Suite skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.**
- ** Ability to read, write, and speak English & Arabic fluently.**
