About the role

A digital consultant is a professional who helps businesses connect their business strategy to implementation across different digital fields. Digital consultants are required to assess the design assets and pick the right technological solutions for a given platform, as well as helping with building short

**Responsibilities**
- Researching new technologies and software to determine which solutions will best meet client needs
- Creating marketing materials that attract potential customers to the client's business, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other printed materials
- Collaborating with departements in order to prepare them for new technology
- Following up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their website or social presence
- set up and support a technology strategy and architecture project according to a vision

**Requirements and skills**
- Ensure consulting projects are scoped and combined properly into larger proposals fulfilled and delivered in time, in high quality and within budget
- Demonstrate a passion for ownership through a track record of successfully achieving results in a complex work environment
- 3+ years of web analytics experience using industry-leading analytics platforms
- Strong verbal, graphic and written communication skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills, identifying and articulating valuable and compelling insights and actions as outputs from reporting
- Proficiency with social listening, publishing, and analysis tools
