We are seeking to hire an experienced **Business Development Manager** to identify new opportunities and expand business operations at** **Ebdaa Digital Technology**

**(Only for those eligible to work in Qatar and currently available inside Qatar)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Develop growth strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company’s vision, products, and services
- Research new business plans, opportunities, trends, markets, and partners
- Develop goals for the team
- Ensure that business plans adhere to law-established rules and regulations
- Provide accurate feedback to superiors and other team members
- Prepare sales contracts and record sales, revenues, and invoices
- Train and assist new team members
- Delegate tasks to team members and evaluate their performance
- Arrange and attend business meetings and conferences
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor degree in business or any other related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in Qatar
- Digital and Technology background and experience is preferable
- Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals
- Project management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
