Receptionist (Bilingual - English & Arabic)

EMFI Qatar Group is looking for a Receptionist (Bilingual - Arabic & English) for its requirements with the following qualifications:
Qualification: Secondary education at minimum
- must have pleasing personality
- High level of proficiency in the English and Arabic Language
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software’s (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
- Customer service oriented individual.
- Relevant Professional certificates and courses will be a plus
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning, organizing and people management skills
- Proficiency in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software
- Good time management and organization skills
- Team spirit and flexible
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Professional conduct
Experience: Demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role (i.e. supervision (if applicable), receptionist, front office or customer services role), with a company or similar government entity and with similar work force size and volume.
Reception Desks Coverage
- Maintain and manage reception areas of AZF ensuring the organization’s literature, marketing and other printed materials are displayed and distributed.
- Maintain tidiness, ensure coverage and attendance of phone calls, assist guest/s by providing appropriate and needed information/s, escalate customer
- suggestions, feedback and complaints to supervisor as required.
Visitor Handling
- Greeting: Be aware of all visitors entering the AZF buildings on day-to-day visits and/or special events that may be required from time to time. Greet all AZF staff and visitors according to the Reception Service Standards of Excellence.
- Manage, register and provide access to all external visitors to the AZF premises in accordance to internal procedures with respect to building security and access monitoring. In some cases, escorting visitors to location in the premises as and when needed.
- Acknowledge, register, and provide access to employees in case they don’t have their work ID (gate pass)
- Coordinate VIP parking with Security team
Meeting Rooms and location bookings and schedule
- As required, coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, halls and/or other locations ensure all logístical support is provided so that meetings or events run smoothly. This includes stationery, signage, chairs, room layout, coordinating with housekeeping and providing participants with any assistance they may require.
Telephone Operator
- Perform telephone operator duty as and when required, answering and handling all incoming telephone calls in accordance to the concurred telephone Service Standards and Policy.
- Provide requested staff extension numbers, phone call transfers to and between AZF SBU’s, employees and AZF partners.
- Provide required and relevant information’s to various reception desks stations ensuring all staff are aware and oriented of the details advised during orientation on AZF activities and locations.
Reflecting AZF’s Image
- Perform tasks in line with AZF image. These include but not limited to; proper grooming, thorough knowledge about AZF, punctuality and friendly attitude.
- The contractor’s staff/personnel shall understand and follow the employer’s policies and procedures which are in practice during the contract. Adherence to existing and new or revised procedures that come into effect throughout the duration of contract.
- The contractor shall screen and bar it’s personnel who are under intoxication from drugs, alcohol or carriers of any contagious disease from entering the AZF premises. The contractor must ensure all its staff/personnel are healthy and physically fit to perform the services.
Customer Comment, Suggestions and Complaints:
- Register or capture all comments, suggestions, and complaints in alignment with
- AL complaint management policies and procedures.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
