We are looking for administrator /HR (female) e leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and recruiting activities; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings, interviews, hiring etc

**Responsibilities**:
Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.

Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.

Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.

Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.

Consistently recruiting staff, maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

Conducting performance and wage reviews.

Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

Creating clear and concise reports.

Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

Coordinate with PRO regarding visas, licenses, approvals etc.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree in business administration or HR
- Minimum 3 year's experience in administrative / HR services or related fields.
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantages
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 5000 QR

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
