Project Manager for Events

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create detailed event plans that align with their vision.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, audio-visual technicians, and other event suppliers.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, transportation, and guest accommodations.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion strategies to attract attendees and increase brand awareness.
- Manage event staff, including event coordinators, volunteers, and other support personnel.
- Ensure all events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events of various sizes and complexities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
