**About the role**

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

- Manage all cargo interline queries and quotation requests from internal stakeholders and OAL Partners to ensure cargo operations for such requests/ queries are timely addresses.
- Track interline shipment performance and regularize shipment error as and where applicable.
- Ensure relevant Special Pro
- Rate Agreements are timely updated in the system as a ready reference for the network.
- Coordinate interline agreements with Legal Team and OAL partners.
- Actively involve in resolving day-to-day issues related to interline operations.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of commercial experience, fresh graduates from aviation universities are encouraged to apply
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Driven to deliver with good data analytical skills
- Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel
