**The opportunity**:
We are looking to appoint a number of Learning Support Assistants in our Secondary School, to start in August 2023.

The post holder will be responsible for providing support to individual pupils across the secondary school, responding to their personal needs and ensuring that they are able to access all learning activities. The Learning Support Assistant will be required to establish constructive relationships with pupils where they are encouraged to interact with others and engage in classroom activities and set challenging and demanding expectations that promote self-esteem and independence.
