**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new clients and businesses requiring waste collection services in Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets of QAR 30,000 in sales.
- Demonstrate and promote the company's waste collection services, including pricing and terms, to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to secure new contracts.
- Provide regular sales reports to management on client meetings, negotiations, and deals closed.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work towards achieving higher sales targets (up to QAR 60,000) to unlock higher commission rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in waste management or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Qatar is a plus.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Must have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer (if applicable).

**Benefits**:

- Base salary of QAR 2,500 per month.
