**Job Description: Project Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)**
**Position Title**: Project Coordinator
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To**: Sales & Marketing Manager
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate sales and marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and agreed-upon quality standards.
- Monitor and track project progress, updating stakeholders regularly.
- **Client & Team Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact between clients, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Organize and attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide status updates.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones, expenses, and key deliverables.
- Generate reports for management and other stakeholders.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with lead management, proposal development, and presentation preparation.
- Ensure effective follow-ups on potential leads and inquiries.
- **Marketing Support**:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotional activities are effectively executed.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Problem Solving & Troubleshooting**:
- Identify potential project risks and proactively address challenges.
- Offer creative solutions to resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare actionable insights.
