To be able to represent oneself as company ambassador to help boost the revenue. Expand the influence in the Qatar Market for cleaning service and other business endeavours. Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle a win-win result.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
- Reach-out to customer leads through cold calling/
- Coordinate sales effort to the HOD’s of respective department to help the closing of business partnership.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, current trends in the market.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Recommends changes of the products, service and policy by evaluating by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic languages.
- Driving license is a must.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Sales Representation and Marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
