You as a Technical lead - Java will interact with product owners on requirement and solution, convert requirements into design and development tasks, individually contribute into the development task, technically mentor the team on the design and development tasks and ensure that team delivery happens as per sprint plan.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Analyse feature requirements, collaborate with product owners on solution, come up with high level and low level design artefacts required to implement the solution.
- Own and present technical design and technically mentor and hand hold the team as part of the delivery.
- Collaborate on project /sprint planning aspects and making sure sprint delivery happens as planned.
- Be the single point of contact for couple of critical modules and provide clarification / technical support for cross team.

**Qualifications**:
**Relevant Experience**
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 6 years experience of Java experience and having worked in architecturally complex projects which are operationally critical.
- Expertise of conceptualizing domain model, high level design and specifying the low level design / pseudo-code and have spent at-least 2 years in a technical lead role.
- Expert in Data structure, Spring project (Boots/Data JPA), Hibernate.
- Good command of English and should be able to articulate ideas / proposal properly.

**Preferred Skill Set**
- Knowledge of an Airline's Flight Operations data domain (Flight and Crew related domain).
- Knowledge of JIRA / Azure DevOps boards, Jenkins.
- Knowledge of building reports using tools like BIRT.
