**Service Delivery Manager/ Operations Manager - Wireline Services**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as interacting with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast
- Ensuring flawless execution by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity, ensuring quality plans are in line with job cycle process
- Ensuring the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
- Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
- Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions and future career plans

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
- 10+ years experience in Wireline Services
