**Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager**

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet
- Leading, Mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Manage the maintenance of the food & beverage services areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality services
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food & Beverage Teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
- **Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
