Position Overview: The Project Manager and Strategic Business Leader will orchestrate the operational oversight and strategic direction of MegaTan. Building on a solid decade of industry presence, this role will require you to scale new heights in the GCC region, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fluctuating market. We are looking for a visionary with deep roots in the Middle Eastern market, specifically in Qatar, UAE, or Saudi Arabia, who marries strategic thinking with practical execution skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead operational excellence, ensuring that the MegaTan brand remains synonymous with quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead aggressive customer retention and acquisition strategies to tap into market potential and convert competition clientele.
- Forge and maintain strategic collaborations with industry players to enhance MegaTan’s market share and visibility.
- Direct innovative marketing and product development strategies to keep MegaTan at the industry's vanguard.
- Produce and scrutinize detailed performance reports, steering the financial and strategic course of the salon.
- Coordinate with financial partners to secure funding for expansion while adeptly managing associated risks.
- Launch and manage new service lines to align with consumer needs and industry innovations.
- Recruit, mentor, and galvanize a team dedicated to operational excellence and committed to the MegaTan ethos.
- Embody and instill a leadership culture that fosters accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Expertly navigate through market pressures and instability, ensuring business continuity and sustained growth despite volatility.
- Develop and execute contingency plans for operational efficiency and profitability during downturns or regional unrest.
- Manage stress and pressure with aplomb, setting a performance standard for the team in challenging times.
- Innovate in cost-management and revenue-generation strategies to maintain service quality and customer loyalty under constrained resources.
- Analyze market conditions and nimbly adapt business strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Cultivate a risk-aware culture, preparing the team for agile and informed decision-making in various market scenarios.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships that buttress business stability and foster mutual support in crisis situations.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that client relations are strengthened and business reputation is uplifted, even in adverse conditions. Desired Expertise and Experience:

- Coordinate with financial partners, including banks and investors, to secure funding for expansion initiatives while managing risk.
- Launch and oversee new service lines, ensuring that MegaTan’s offerings resonate with evolving consumer needs and industry innovations.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team dedicated to operational excellence and committed to the MegaTan vision.
- Embody and instill a leadership ethos within the company, promoting an environment of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Desired Expertise and Experience**:

- A proven track record of at least 7-10 years in leadership roles, with substantial experience managing a business in volatile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to steer a company through economic and geopolitical instabilities, particularly within the GCC market.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in crisis management, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
- Strong financial stewardship, with a history of effective budget management and financial planning under pressure.
