We are currently recruiting for Head Cashier for one of the most dynamic and exciting leisure venues in Doha. West Bay beach, under the management of Discover Qatar, comprises 3 absolute beachfront fully licensed venues:

- Doha Sands, an exclusive and private beach club for in house guests staying at participating West Bay hotels.
- The Bistro; a fully licensed restaurant, open from 7am until midnight with a capacity of 200, serving light casual meals and also catering for special events, movie and sports event screenings and private groups.
- B12 Beach Club, Qatar’s largest private beach club featuring the largest inflatable in the country, a range of international food and beverage outlets, general admission and VIP sections, a resident DJ and popular weekend brunches.

In this role, you will be responsible for WBB’s cash float as well as other emergency cash requirements. To manage adequately the cash available and arrange funds as per operational requirements.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Ensuring proper handling, accounting & replenishment of Cash as per policy
- Ensure proper & correct accounting of all transactions in our books of accounts.
- Reconciliation of the cash with other petty cash accounts on daily basis
- Monthly verification & reconciliation of WBB cash account with other department’s petty cash accounts
- Ensure proper maintenance of reports and files as per the audit requirement
- Collect, make receipts, account and make proper deposits of cargo receipts
- To arrange fund for emergency case when requirement comes
- Ensure to arrange cash for urgent official requirements from top management by seeking necessary approvals as per policy.
- Handle coupons & settlement payments, the distribution of advances for new joiners, other advances and the proper distribution of monthly Cash salary for permanent as well as temporary staffs.
- Reconciliation with Payroll department for staff final settlements & other staffs advance settlements
- Monitor, handle funds, credit card transaction & account credit cards transaction WBB department
- Prepare report the monthly recharge invoice & its reconciliation for all the internal and external stakeholders.
- Submit reconciliations & schedules to HR Payroll and Finance department on monthly basis after the monthly closing
- Ensure to be available 24*7 to meet the emergency requirements.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6-12 months previous experience in similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
