**Job Summary**:
The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a positive workplace culture and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Recruitment**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

**2.** **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and HR

**3.** **Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- recommend appropriate actions.

**4.** **Payroll Administration**:

- Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately, taking into account attendance records and other relevant factors.
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review and maintain payroll records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**5.** **Performance Management**:
Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and achieve organizational objectives.

**6.** **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
