- Experienced Oracle HRMS user
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large organization with good exposure to systems / computers skills.
- Experience to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential, as well as handling most sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Perform testing and provide feedback on new enhancements on Oracle and employee self-service platform.
- Communicate to team members the work assignments, problems to be solved and/or program issues under review, deadlines, and timeframes for completion.
- Liaise with business to action system updates on timely manner
- Support Outstation queries on timely manner pertaining to Oracle HRMS and Other key HR Applications.
- Review Interface Specification Document (ISD) and provide insights to HR systems team.
- Responsible to assist Internal HR teams in order to action system updates on timely manner and within set SLA
- Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, standard operating procedures and safe working practices with recommendations for action and continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of data and departmental security at all times.
- Regularly evaluate the department or teams’ objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
- Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise.
- This position will require an individual with meticulous attention to detail, combined with excellent communication, organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR Business best practices
- In addition, strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office.
