**Job Brief**:
- Responsible for coordination of office activities & providing administrative support including both clerical & administrative tasks and maintaining office records.
- Assisting and supporting the top management.
- Assisting the HR managers for selecting the resumes from different sources and setting the interview date and time with assistance of HR manager and drafting of offer letters.
- Competent on all Microsoft Office Program.
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel. Home Town update in system to avail ticket benefits.
- Any other task as and when instructed by management.
**Skill set requirement**:
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Quick learner and to be able to adapt responsibilities as and when instructed
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Develop good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
**Preferred**
- Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources Management
- Experience in Human Resources or Service Industry
- Oracle HRMS exposure
**This is a renewable contract position** **(6months)**.**
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
