We are hiring for Service Management Lead
Location: Qatar
Duration:1 Year and Extendable
**Salary**: Based on permit
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certification: ITIL certification is mandatory.
**Experience**:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in large organizations.
- Proven expertise in BMC ITSM implementation and operations.
- Experience managing technical operations in a managed services support model.
- Domain experience in healthcare insurance, claims, and revenue cycle management is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in service management tools, particularly BMC ITSM.
