As a Manager PMO And System Support, you will be committed to plan, manage and effectively deliver Group Safety & Security projects with agreed processes, standards and procedures, in accordance with project schedules and approved budgets.

You will be responsible to engage with key internal and external stakeholders to organize and lead GS&S Projects throughout the phases, from evaluation to proposing concept and design testing, to successful introduction into production. Manage GS&S automation related Projects by recommending, developing, and implementing state of the art automated and analytical solutions for Safety, Security and Compliance Monitoring. You will scope, evaluate, test and implement optimal, robust and highly secured and efficient automated programs and analysis tools across GS&S.

**Accountabilities**:

- Manage various systems across departments within GS&S to ensure adequate data analysis is performed for the SVP GS&S to support the organizations safety and security review with the Accountable Manager at the Group Safety & Security Committee meeting
- Drive and manage new and on-going GS&S projects under the strategic direction of SVP, including preliminary business plan, feasibility study, transaction and project plan.
- Manage day-to-day activities and build a high-performing team of Project Specialists and Data Specialists for individual working groups to ensure project plans are developed and executed successfully.
- Introduce and manage cross-departmental working teams within GS&S to ensure that projects are adequately planned, communicated and approvals are obtained from all relevant stakeholders.
- Set operational guidelines and templates for project planning approach within GS&S to ensure that projects are managed as per the best practices across the division.
- Create and manage budgets, track expenses and produce reports for key stakeholders to ensure project monitoring at all times.
- Adhere to appropriate risk management and project guidelines to classify project issues and potential risks, including identification of mitigating measures to avoid project failure.
- Manage Change Management requirements among the different stakeholders when new systems and projects are implemented to ensure new changes are accepted by all the stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and procedures within GS&S in order to simplify and implement effective and automated solutions to meet the agreed GS&S requirements and business expectations.
- Develop Cost Management Committee proposal and supporting memos to ensure the budget for projects, automation and analysis tools is secured.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and IT, as well as external system providers while assessing and implementing new systems and business intelligence tools for successful and inclusive implementation.
- Improve GS&S processes by leveraging digital technologies and data, ensuring to make it more efficient and effective to manage all safety and security risks.

**Qualifications**:
Essential:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree with background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research or similar
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within Airlines/Aviation
- Proven Experience in Project Management & working with multiple stakeholders
- 5+ years of People Management
- Experience in working with broad diverse teams and senior management
- Experience/Knowledge of Airline Systems, Applications and Data Analysis
- Experience of managing Business Intelligence tools and/or data warehouse development projects
- Ability to quantify the cost and benefits of projects
- Fluency in written and spoken English language

Preferred:

- PMP Certification
- Understanding and experience in agile Product Development
