**About the role**

You would be responsible for data entry related functions of the Invoice to Pay department - Invoice Processing including but not limited to, Invoice Data Entry, Payment Document Creation, Matching of Oracle/TRAX POs etc. apart from coordination with various functions, administration of generic mailbox and assigning of invoices to processing staff.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Invoice Data Entry and matching in ERP systems: Oracle, JDE, Navision, MS AX, etc., [Purchase Order / TRAX Order, GRNs (for Oracle 3-way Match Cases)].
- Ensure discrepancies/missing data are reported to user departments where necessary.
- Invoice receiving, verification for compliance against supplier / type of cost mapping, allocation to correct I2P teams, Workflow Invoice Approval system and follow-up with department on the long waiting for approval invoices
- Follow up on pending queries and liaise with user departments on regular basis to obtain sufficient and qualitative data for response to supplier / stakeholder queries
- Cross verify contract payment terms against invoices and SOA details, highlight and escalate any discrepancies that may mislead the user of information / reports
- Prepare and book adjustment journal entries on I2P transactions upon instructions from Supervisor.
- Co-ordinate, follow-up and maintain the assigned balance sheet / bank reconciliation schedules database as regards to Invoice to Pay and submit to Supervisor.
- Timely execution and follow-up with relevant stakeholders for on-time delivery of reports / dashboards.
- Handle the supplier master details in line with I2P functional responsibilities and procedures.
- Perform other assigned tasks related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of job-related experience
- Professional experience in a similar position in a multicultural environment with a rich mix of supply partners.
- Excellent command over verbal and written English language and communication skills.
- Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.,
- Accounting knowledge and systems knowledge viz., Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft AX, MS Navision, etc.,
- Ability to analyze administrative problems and make appropriate recommendations.
- Analyze methods and procedures adequately and logically.

**Preferred**
- College or University qualification in Commerce/Accounting/Finance stream.
- Indirect tax awareness: VAT, WHT, GST, etc.,
- ERP knowledge: Oracle, JDE, MS Navision, MS AX, etc.
