About the role

We are hiring for your skills to manage projects from start to finish, or start till handover to long term owners. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders, developing project plans, liaising resources, monitoring milestones, providing updates, and managing working groups for specific projects. Being responsible and managing stakeholders in revenue management projects (i.e. World Cup and other major events) as well as general commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic planning, execution and tracking of all special projects according to strict project timelines. This includes directing and managing multiple projects from beginning to end, including but not limited to:

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties and stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of project planning, development and implementation, including developing project plans, liaising resources, managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements and supporting project-related activities, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, to best in class standards and within agreed scope.
- Project manages special commercial projects on behalf of the Head of Special Projects - monitor and evaluate all aspects of Commercial Project implementation including benefits realization, project impact and engagement.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop communications and deliver regular project updates to involved key stakeholders - manage key stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress in projects and ensuring deadlines, KPIs, and success factors are completed.
- Required to oversee quality control throughout any project life cycle by managing delivery timelines; identifying, tracking and mitigating project risks while also acting as a liaison with all project stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
- Design and create best practice process in managing key projects similar to the Revenue Management World Cup project.
- Responsible for providing project consultancy and guidance to the team members and other project teams.
- Establish the project teams objective and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
- Regularly evaluate the Projects’ objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- 6+ years of experience in projects in aviation/transport or travel industry or equivalent industry and knowledgeable of Commercial.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders from all levels up to senior management
- Analytic knowledge with experience in Tableau and other Analytics tool.
- Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data.
